At Ascent Church, we believe community is essential in every aspect of life, specifically our spiritual growth. This is why we believe a Group Leader is one of the most important roles within the church to help facilitate healthy communities, where people can connect and grow. Group leaders are responsible for creating space for the people in their group to take their next steps with Jesus. For this reason, we want to make sure every Group Leader understands what is expected before stepping into this role.
